Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Onada Innovative LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Resume-Rankr. We adhere to applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

• Account: name, email, hashed password, settings.
• Content: resumes, job descriptions, notes you upload.
• Usage/Device: IP, device, browser, pages, diagnostics, cookies.
• Payments: processed by Stripe; card numbers aren’t stored by us.

• Provide and improve resume analysis, keyword insights, and mock interviews.
• Personalize content; communicate updates and support notices.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and debug issues.
• Evaluate models using aggregated/de-identified data.

We do not sell personal data. We share limited info with trusted processors under DPAs: Supabase (auth/db), Stripe (payments), and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI/Gemini) to generate feedback. Disclosures may occur to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Resume files can be deleted on request from Settings or by emailing privacy@resume-rankr.com. Security logs/backups are kept for a limited period to meet compliance and fraud prevention needs.

We use essential cookies (auth/security) and analytics cookies (performance). Manage preferences in your browser; disabling some cookies may impact functionality.

• TLS in transit; encryption at rest where supported by providers.
• Access controls, monitoring, periodic reviews.
• Report issues to security@resume-rankr.com.

Resume-Rankr is not directed to children under 16; we delete such data if discovered.

Data may be processed in the U.S. or other countries with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
