Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Onada Innovative LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the operator of Resume-Rankr. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Resume-Rankr provides AI-powered resume analysis, ATS keyword insights, interview simulations, and career resources (the “Services”). Updates to these Terms are effective when posted here.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or age of majority in your region).
• Provide accurate information; keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or accessing non-public areas.
• No malware, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• No misuse of AI outputs to deceive employers or violate laws.

We offer Free and paid plans billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are granted for billing errors or material service defects. Prices may change with prior notice for material changes.

Resume-Rankr, its logo, software, models, and site content are owned by Onada Innovative LLC. You retain ownership of your uploaded resumes and grant us a limited license to process them to deliver, secure, and improve the Services, including de-identified/aggregated evaluation.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. They are educational/informational and not professional HR or legal advice. Resume-Rankr does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

We use trusted vendors such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication/database), and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI/Gemini). Their terms may apply where you interact with them.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, or legal requests. You may delete your account at any time. Certain records may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event.

Governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA. Class actions are waived.
